Action Century in Succession: The First Day of The Match, South Africa against Sri Lanka 


The 3rd and final Test match teams of Sri Lanka and South Africa started in Johannesburg yesterday.

South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first.

According to the opening of the Stephen Cook, Dean Elgar stepped. Cook 10 runs, Elgar dismissed for 27 runs.

Hashim Amla of this couple, Duminy started to relax and play. Sri Lankan bowlers did not avail of any strategy to separate the couple.


Both lashed the century. Duminy scored 221 runs from 155 balls, including 19 fours.

Dominant South Africa at the end of the first day took 3 wickets for 338 runs. Amla 125 runs, Olivier and no runs are in the fray.

Sri Lanka, on behalf of the team, Lahiru Kumara 2 wickets, Mathews 1 wickets down.
